I have been enjoying your trips in the Lefka Ori for a number of years and like you I have been walking in these wonderful mountains. My wife and I are only able to make day hikes but recently my son has joined me to make two and three day hikes. I am 80 years old but still reasonably fit but have to keep the weight of my rucksack down to a minimum. I am interested to know what is the weight of your rucksack at the start of a your trips ?
